Welcome to Shoreditch Therapy Space, we are a growing community of therapists working from two consulting rooms at the top of a characterful ​listed Georgian townhouse located in the creative and vibrant heart of Hackney, East London.
Our bright, spacious, calming environment is perfect for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychoanalysts, mindfulness teachers, coaches, and somatic therapists to work with their clients.

​The space can be comfortably set up for up to six people, making the room perfect for one-to-one client work, relationship/couples therapy as well as small group sessions. There is a couch for psychoanalytic work and a treatment bed for body, sound or somatic based therapies.
​
Just 7mins walk away from Liverpool Street, 10mins from Moorgate and Old Street and only a few moments from Shoreditch High Street Overground, clients can easily reach you from across London.

Creative and Calm
The room has been designed with a trauma informed lens to support you and your clients to get the most out of your sessions; there are different strengths of lighting, blankets and different textured cushions, drawing materials and creative props for those who use them.
​
The décor uses colours from the natural world and there are large plants around the room giving the space a sense of vitality and growth.
​
The two large windows let in lots of natural sunlight and there's even a view across Hackney.
​
Although the building is in the heart of the bustle, clients often comment on how it feels like a sanctuary of calm.
Designed for you
There is an air-conditioning unit for the hot city days and hot water bottles and good warm heating for the colder months. If you practice somatic or sound therapy there is a foldaway treatment bed that you can use.
​
For online sessions there is super-fast wifi and an easy-to-use laptop stand. If you wanted a change of scene to write your notes or to take 5 there is a fully stocked kitchen and a meeting room in the basement.
​
For cyclists there is a bike store and you will have access to the shower room and fresh towels are provided.
​
From 2025 all therapists are welcome to have a profile on the website for clients to find you and quarterly socials with the team are planned too.
Therapy Room Availability

The Therapy Room is rented in morning or afternoon blocks from
7am until 2pm and 3pm until 10pm which is ideal for those with an established practice and for those building their practice alike.
If you rent a full block you will pay £8.50 per hour.
​
​There are also 4 hour blocks available to rent on some weekdays and early morning and later evening adhoc sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays are available for those already committed to renting blocks.
​​​
If you rent a 4 hour block you will pay £15 per hour.
​
Discounts and adhoc bookings are available for weekend use.
​
Adhoc booking for anyone with a half day contract is available.
​
